Facilitating a conversation about what matters most with a diverse group of people is like conducting a symphony orchestra.

My mission is helping individuals, organizations and communities accelerate toward better; however they define it. I believe teams, organizations and communities can significantly improve outcomes by establishing a common sense and listening to each other. It’s why I created the Better Practice methodology; the underlying framework for RFN Advisory Group’s ‘Decision Dynamics’ and ‘Leadership Accelerator’ Sprints.

I’ve lived in six countries and worked extensively with cross-functional and highly distributed teams. Over and over, I’ve witnessed the power of metacollaboration. When we are intentional about how we figure out what matters together, make decisions and act together with teams and organizations, they accelerate toward their next level of success. This builds durable enterprise value and growth.

My upbringing and work over the past thirty years across countries, languages, cultures and industries, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of perspective and collaboration. My motto? “Better and better together.”

For all my traveling, there’s no place in the world I’d rather be than at home in Colorado. As Sheryl Crow put it: “It’s not having what you want, it’s wanting what you’ve got.”
