My passion for effective collaboration, professional development and continuing education is what drives my work as lead curriculum developer and course innovator at RFN Academy and as a RFN Global partner. I engage with professional advisors and business owners to build value in their businesses and develop plans to achieve the best possible, long-term outcomes.
There are unlimited opportunities to bring value to clients – business owners and professionals alike, which is why I am constantly researching and curating educational solutions for all manner of circumstances. I work with global partners to determine the best practices and processes available to properly support professional advisors and business owners of all sizes.
In my previous marketing, product development and sales management roles, I brought extensive knowledge of solutions for clients and supported top tier advisors in delivering successful outcomes in their practice. In addition, I was also called upon to work and collaborate with advisors to help their business owner clients build and execute well-designed value acceleration and transition plans.
When I’m not having fun with my three kiddos or spending time outdoors, I am trying to satisfy my never-ending quest for knowledge. I successfully completed my Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree (marketing and finance) and am a Certified Business Advisor (CBA) and a Better Practice instructor and facilitator.
